

- Product Inspection Period
Except for products not eligible for the 7-day inspection period, you have seven (7) calendar days (including weekends and holidays) from the date the product is delivered to you to inspect your purchase.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receipt and provide the following information:

- Returned products must be unused and free from any damage, defects, or contamination not caused by manufacturing faults.
- The 7-day inspection period is provided for you to decide whether the product meets your needs; it is not a trial period.
- If the store has indicated specific packaging requirements, please retain the complete original packaging (including outer carton). Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The 7-day inspection period has expired.
- Filter-type products have been opened or used.
- The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human causes, such as dirt, defects, breakage, wear, scratches, or stains.
- The product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or invoices/accessories are missing.
- Returns are deemed malicious or excessive in quantity.

- Confirm eligibility for return.
- Prepare the complete product and original invoice.
- Provide your preferred pickup time, contact details, and address.
- The return will be collected by our appointed logistics provider.
- Refund Policy
Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed directly to the original credit card account.Cash on Delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.

- Exchange Procedure
If you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange:
Please process the return under the original order.
Place a new order for the replacement item.
If there is a price difference, we will issue an invoice and either charge or refund the balance.
If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
