Important Fraud Prevention Notice

Dear Valued Customer,

AETHER/Songtain Co., Ltd will never request your banking or credit card information via SMS or telephone under any circumstances. We will also never ask you, through such methods, to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM.

If you receive such a call or message, please remain alert and do not follow instructions from unknown callers. If in doubt, contact AETHER/Songtain Co., Ltd  immediately or call the National Police Agency Anti-Fraud Hotline 165 for verification.

When you receive calls displaying prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, or “+886,” please be extra cautious, as scammers may falsify caller ID numbers or impersonate specific companies, banks, or government agencies. Do not click on unfamiliar links, accept unknown LINE friend invitations, or open suspicious text messages.

Common fraud schemes include claiming “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment payments” to gain your trust, then requesting you to operate online banking or ATM transactions. If the matter concerns bank transactions, please contact your bank directly. If the caller requests you to operate an account, provide personal data, or take other similar actions, refuse immediately to reduce your risk of fraud.

For your security, please also change your passwords regularly, strengthen them by using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, and avoid entering account credentials on public computers.
